The MPNA Board recently submitted a Resolution in Opposition to the abandonment of the 1100 block of Palm Street to CM Dwight Boykins' office.  CM Boykins forwarded the resolution onto Public Works Deputy Director Mark Loethen, who heads the city's Joint Referral Committee, where requests for abandonment are reviewed.  CM Boykins has pledged his support of the resolution, and expects that the abandonment application will not go forward.
