Join us for our in-person meeting at Covenant Church to hear special guest, Dr. Stephen Klineberg, Rice University professor, nationally known demographics expert, sociologist, and Museum Park neighbor.

Dr. Klineberg has been shaping local thought on the ongoing changes in the Houston metropolitan region for almost 40 years. Through his work on the “Kinder Houston Area Survey,” he has tracked the economic outlooks, demographic patterns, experiences and beliefs of local Houston residents for 40 years. His book “Prophetic City: Houston on the Cusp of a Changing America” was published in 2020.

Covenant Church requires everyone to wear a mask and practice social distancing while inside church buildings. Please respect the guidelines established by our hosts.

After Dr. Klineberg's presentation, MPNA members will elect the 2022 Officers.  Please send nominations for officers to info@museumparkna.org. Members may nominate themselves or someone else (please obtain permission) to fill positions:  president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, parliamentarian, membership, community engagement, quality of life, safety and security, and preservation. Per MPNA By-laws, officers must have been MPNA members for one year. Three representatives to the Museum Park Super Neighborhood will also be elected. If you have questions regarding board member responsibilities or wish to volunteer in a more limited way, send your inquiries to info@museumparkna.org.
